Before we start
If you cancel before we start working on your order, we refund you in full.

If the copy doesn't match your brief
Tell us what doesn't work. We do a free revision. If we still can't meet your brief after the revision, we refund your order.

After you approve the copy
Once you have approved the delivered copy, the order is final and can't be refunded.

How to ask for a refund
Email us at directresponsestudio.contact@gmail.com with your order details. We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 14 days.
